Creative Director (Biotech)

Location: 100% remote across the United States

Annual pay: $180,000–$200,000 plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Develop big creative ideas and establish creative foundations for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of the creative team.
• Guard the brand’s tone, voice, visual expression, and consistency across touchpoints.
• Partner with Organic, Growth, Product, Product Marketing, and other functions across channels.
• Oversee advertising and design work spanning brand campaigns, ongoing social content, and growth channels.
• Contribute to production across both fast-turn, low-budget work and larger brand campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, preferably across both agency and brand-side environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating original thinking, strong craft, and ambitious creative work.
• Excellent writing, editing, headline, tagline, script, caption, and subject-line skills.
• Experience leading teams, giving clear actionable feedback, and supporting people’s growth and wellbeing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, production, and cross-channel creative skills.
• Curiosity about culture and the ability to make science accessible while maintaining precision and integrity.
