Junior Sales Advisor (Cyber Security)

Location: Eurocard Centre, Herald Drive, Crewe, England, United Kingdom. Office-based five days per week.

What you will do

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and engage business decision-makers about their technology and security challenges.
• Introduce Microsoft solutions, cybersecurity services, and DMARC offerings to prospective customers.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings, collaborating with specialist sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities in CRM systems while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and develop product and industry knowledge through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including confidence speaking with decision-makers by phone and through virtual meetings.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, organisation, time management, and target orientation.
• Willingness to learn technology solutions and build a career in technology sales.
• Prior experience with Microsoft, cybersecurity, or DMARC solutions is not required; full training is provided.
• Availability to work in the Crewe office five days per week.
