Decision Analytics Associate Consultant (Oncology)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use data analytics and problem-solving techniques to support client and project-team decisions.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and deliver implemented solutions.
• Guide and mentor Associates while advancing team problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without now or future employer sponsorship is required.
