Senior Director, Product Management - Industrials

Base salary: $213,920–$294,140 per year

What you will do

• Own the Industrials product portfolio strategy and build three-year and five-year roadmaps across Sensors, Electrical Protection, and Switching.
• Drive product content expansion, new product development, adjacency growth, customer co-development, partnerships, channel expansion, and acquisition opportunities.
• Lead portfolio margin management, pricing governance, product cost-down priorities, lifecycle rationalization, and SKU simplification.
• Lead product management directors and establish operating cadences for roadmap reviews, phase-gate input, pricing reviews, win/loss analysis, and portfolio health dashboards.
• Build competitive intelligence and market analytics covering competitor portfolios, technology transitions, pricing, manufacturing footprints, M&A, market sizing, and share tracking.
• Provide matrix product leadership for datacenter, energy, and defense initiatives, translating customer architectures into product requirements and executable roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business leadership within industrial technology markets.
• Proven success leading portfolios with accountability for growth, profitability, roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading through direct and matrixed organizational structures across regions, functions, and market segments.
• Knowledge of sensors, controls, electrical protection, switching products, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, or related technologies.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, technical credibility, customer focus, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience in HVAC, appliances, datacenter infrastructure, energy, or related industrial markets.
• Experience using competitive intelligence, market analytics, and portfolio performance metrics to guide business decisions.
