Senior iOS Engineer (Member Experience)

hirify.global operates a consumer membership product with an iOS experience covering applications, onboarding, payments, and member lifecycle management.

What you will do

• Own the iOS subscription and payments stack, including product configuration, purchase and restore flows, entitlement state, offers, and paywall surfaces.
• Architect and maintain the native Apple StoreKit 2 integration, handling interrupted and deferred purchases, upgrades, downgrades, crossgrades, refunds, revocations, billing retries, and price increase consent.
• Partner with the server team on signed transaction verification, entitlement reconciliation, idempotency, and App Store Server Notifications V2.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data on pricing, offers, paywall experimentation, and subscription analytics.
• Contribute to architecture, performance, testing, technical debt management, monitoring, and release quality in a long-lived iOS codebase.
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, written specifications, and escalation support for member payment issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, MVVM, and reactive programming.
• Expert hands-on experience building and operating native StoreKit 2 integrations in production at least twice, including product configuration, purchase and restore flows, transaction updates, entitlements, subscription status, offers, offer codes, and sandbox-to-production testing.
• Production Stripe Payments and Subscriptions experience for a B2C product.
• Experience collaborating with server teams on subscription correctness, signed transaction verification, reconciliation, App Store Server Notifications V2, and duplicate-event handling.
• Experience shipping consumer mobile applications to scaled audiences, with strong architecture, performance, product judgment, and ownership from concept through post-launch operation.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating a production app from StoreKit 1 to StoreKit 2.
• Experience operating a subscription product across two payment processors with a single active entitlement per member.
• Familiarity with SwiftUI, modularizing large iOS codebases, paywall and pricing experimentation frameworks, and subscription analytics.
