hirify.global develops the INSIDE AI Customer Visual Engagement Platform, a SaaS solution for real-time customer behavior tracking and engagement used by luxury and retail brands.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, with a focus on live chat, video streaming, recording, playback, and video calls.
  • Build intuitive interfaces that follow iOS design guidelines and support video playback, streaming, and calling experiences.
  • Translate product requirements into functional features and collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers.
  • Optimize memory usage, network calls, rendering, and overall application performance across devices and iOS versions.
  • Test, debug, document, and support existing applications, including App Store submissions and updates.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and solid understanding of Objective-C.
  • In-depth knowledge of AVFoundation, Core Video, UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and other iOS frameworks.
  • Experience developing live streaming, peer-to-peer video calls, broadcasting, real-time chat, and video-related applications.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, Xcode, unit and UI testing, Git, and App Store submission requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, debugging, and performance optimization skills, supported by a portfolio of existing apps.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Firebase, including authentication, real-time databases, and cloud functions.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Relevant iOS development certifications.
