Salary: $95,000–$119,500 per year, dependent on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Characterize and analyze wafer and reticle handling products using laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with product engineers, scientists, product management, sales, and product development teams.
- Manage mechanical test projects and develop robust test methods focused on product reliability.
- Design, build, repair, and maintain laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, and test fixtures.
- Analyze test data, prepare technical reports and presentations, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering, preferably mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an engineering or R&D environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, creative problem-solving ability, and experience developing test protocols.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel and Minitab or JMP.
- Ability to perform hands-on physical and functional testing in a laboratory and routinely lift up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have
- Experience with data acquisition programming, motion control, instrumentation, semiconductor or cleanroom environments, particle technology, thermal and fluid science, polymer science, or shock and vibration testing.
- Experience with Creo or SOLIDWORKS.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis, shipping simulation testing, and general laboratory practices and safety.
