Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/AWS)

Location: 100% remote; Secret security clearance required or must be obtainable

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Angular, HTML5, CSS, and modern UI templates.
• Architect and maintain secure, scalable AWS environments using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices connecting frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Lead code reviews, mentor technical teams, and establish development and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6–8 years with a master's degree.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience, including enterprise-grade microservices development.
• Proficiency with Angular, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, and modern UI development.
• Hands-on AWS cloud development and deployment experience.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, Git, CI/CD tools, Agile methods, and object-oriented programming.
• Active CompTIA Security+ / IAT Level II certification and a Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are required.

Nice to have

• SQL experience with databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• API design and documentation experience with JSON or OpenAPI.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis and remediation.
