Salary: €76,440–€137,670 per year for a full-time schedule in Italy.

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, opportunity shaping, pricing, contract negotiations, and conversion.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, and energy and utilities.
• Lead executive discussions, workshops, and end-to-end transformation engagements.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting and technology teams from pre-deal planning through post-deal delivery.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, profitability, margin performance, and measurable business impact.
• Mentor and grow high-performing teams while contributing to strategic initiatives, innovation, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with major companies in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or energy and utilities.
• Proven ability to commercialize senior-executive relationships and support high-value business development.
• Strong track record leading complex consulting engagements with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and owning business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology-driven transformation, including cloud, SAP modernization, cybersecurity, and data and AI.
