Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS

What you will do

• Build, improve, and maintain native iOS features for customer-facing journeys in shared consumer apps.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering colleagues to create simple, reliable, and scalable mobile experiences.
• Design, implement, launch, and own product initiatives throughout their lifecycle.
• Use server-driven UI to build configurable, component-based views while maintaining a coherent customer experience.
• Make technical decisions covering architecture, testing, performance, observability, modularity, CI/CD, release processes, and maintainability.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor full-stack engineers developing mobile skills, and use AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping high-quality native iOS applications using modern iOS development practices.
• Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications and multi-team app development.
• Knowledge of mobile architecture, testing, performance optimization, observability, modularity, CI/CD, and App Store release processes.
• Ability to collaborate with product and design partners, solve ambiguous customer problems, and balance quality, speed, and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting, mentoring, or enabling other engineers.
• Practical experience using AI in engineering, with sound judgment around validation, quality, and security.

Nice to have

• Experience with both iOS and Android development.
• Backend engineering experience.
