P&C Design and Change Management Specialist (Workday)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya; hybrid office environment with remote work 2–3 days per week. Open to candidates located in and authorized to work in Kenya, Lebanon, or Colombia.

What you will do

• Design and execute structured change management plans for P&C transformation initiatives, including Workday enhancements, process redesigns, and digital rollouts.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments covering affected populations, change scale, adoption risks, and readiness gaps.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans with appropriate messaging, channels, and timing.
• Identify resistance, change risks, and adoption barriers, providing recommendations and escalating significant issues.
• Establish go-live readiness checkpoints and track adoption metrics to recommend targeted interventions.
• Document approaches and lessons learned, support training design, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in change management or P&C/HR transformation roles.
• Experience executing structured change management for P&C technology or business transformation projects.
• Practical knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent.
• Ability to define readiness and adoption metrics, interpret findings, and recommend action.
• Clear and adaptable communication skills across frontline users and senior stakeholders.
• Must be located in Kenya, Lebanon, or Colombia and have the right to work in the relevant location.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Workday from an end-user or project delivery perspective.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
