Investigations Triage Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Receive, review, and triage employee relations, ethics, compliance, and workplace concerns.
• Assess case risk, urgency, documentation needs, and appropriate routing.
• Document allegations and supporting information accurately in case management systems.
• Escalate high-risk, sensitive, or complex matters to investigators and business stakeholders.
• Monitor case queues, service-level expectations, reporting, metrics, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with employees, managers, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Employee Relations partners while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, Shared Services, Contact Center Operations, Investigations Support, or a related area.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and using case management, HR, or workflow systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required. Minimal travel may be required, up to 5% depending on business needs.

Nice to have

• Advanced coursework or certification in HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, or Investigations.
• Experience supporting global HR operations or shared services.
• Knowledge of employee relations, ethics, compliance, workplace investigations, grievance processes, data privacy, and record management.
• Experience with risk assessment, case prioritization, reporting dashboards, or continuous improvement.
• HR or investigations certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
