Senior Director, Identity Standards (AI)

Location: USA - San Francisco, CA

Salary: $225,000–$332,000 annual base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the company’s participation in identity and AI standards initiatives and support internal contributors.
• Develop ecosystem relationships and joint reference architectures with strategic partners.
• Guide design partnerships and technical integrations with external organizations.
• Monitor identity and AI ecosystem developments and translate signals into product recommendations.
• Represent the company publicly at industry events, conferences, and forums as a voice on identity for AI.
• Align standards work, reference architectures, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Technical credibility in identity, AI, standards, or related cybersecurity domains.
• Experience contributing to standards bodies and developing strategic ecosystem partnerships.
• Ability to combine technical standards expertise with commercial and business development judgment.
• Strong public-facing communication skills for customer, partner, and industry engagements.
• Ability to connect standards strategy with product direction and go-to-market priorities.
