Regulatory Affairs Trainee (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal; hybrid work with 3 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory variations.
• Maintain accurate and complete regulatory databases and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation, review, and approval of packaging materials.
• Translate and review product information, labeling, and packaging text.
• Track regulatory deadlines and support timely completion of activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current student nearing graduation or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related Health Sciences field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to Regulatory Affairs through coursework, projects, or training.
