Information Security Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska; more days are expected in-office than remote.

Salary: $76,000–$127,000 USD base salary per year.

What you will do

• Design multi-step agentic workflows that ingest, enrich, and correlate security data.
• Develop prompts and maintain prompt libraries for security playbooks.
• Investigate threats, guide containment, and own security incidents through resolution as part of a 24/7/365 on-call response team.
• Optimize phishing detection engines and refine EDR logic to reduce noise.
• Use agentic workflows to analyze and prioritize vulnerability exposures.
• Track security KPIs and risk metrics while partnering with Security Engineering to improve visibility.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant information security experience.
• Experience with modern programming languages and DevOps building blocks.
• Strong understanding of OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Ability to document complex incidents clearly and present findings to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple security projects and participate in incident response.
• Ability to work regularly in-office in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska.

Nice to have

• Security or privacy certifications such as SC2, SANS, or AWS.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore, security logging, or Lambda.
• Experience with CSPM and vulnerability management tools.
