International Programs Insurance Intern (6 months - part time)

What you will do

• Support policy implementation, including pre-quotes, policy and invoice coordination, and endorsements.
• Monitor operational program performance, identify bottlenecks, and support service-level management.
• Coordinate with International Programs experts on local market practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work with financial management and technical accounting teams to track cash positions and prepare client updates.
• Prepare insurance proposals, presentations, customer updates, and contract documentation.
• Maintain guidelines and standard operating procedures while contributing to process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good organisational and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Availability for a 6-month part-time internship in Madrid.

Nice to have

• Spanish or other language proficiency.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance or International Programs.
• Interest in insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and digital tools.
• Experience working in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
