IT Analyst

Location: Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil; on-site five days a week

What you will do

• Support the implementation, development, testing, and integration of new and existing technologies.
• Analyze business and technology needs and recommend enhancements to products and solutions.
• Collect and evaluate information about systems, applications, networks, data, software, and hardware.
• Support technology assessments, requirements analysis, solution testing, and application delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and more efficient ways of working.
• Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures, IT standards, integration plans, and migration materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Pre-Advanced English and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in IT, systems, applications, technology implementation, or technology support.
• Basic knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
• Understanding of IT policies, application delivery, systems, data, platforms, interfaces, and integration initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP modules, especially EWM, SPP, or CRM.
• Experience with application delivery, system implementation, technology integration, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, testing, user acceptance testing, or release support.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or integration tools.
• Experience creating process flows, standard operating procedures, and technical or business requirements.
