Crane Aerospace & Electronics develops aerospace products and operates the Crane Instrumentation & Sampling facility.
What you will do
- Lead quality, reliability, and performance improvement across the business.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching on quality concerns.
- Oversee, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.
- Develop and maintain the site quality strategy, applying IATF 16949 practices across value streams where appropriate.
- Perform return materials analysis and non-conforming material analysis.
- Lead site-level quality improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
- At least 5 years applying quality standards and regulations aligned with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Experience with quality management software, including IndySoft and Microsoft tools.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and process control using FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and process capability methods.
- ISO auditor certification and at least a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
