What you will do

• Perform business analysis to strengthen integrated brand marketing programs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit.
• Initiate and analyze market research to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support advertising copy, media plans, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate package and product improvements.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic business-building projects.

Requirements

• MBA degree with 4–5 years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Demonstrated academic or professional achievement and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Consumer insight, communication, collaboration, and results-focused skills.
• Ability to work in Oakland, California.
