Principal Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC, United States

Annual base salary: $194,000–$266,000 USD. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Advise Global 2000 enterprise customers on architecture, implementation patterns, platform configuration, and complex Auth0 deployments.
• Support pre-sales activities and new product introductions by building proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical enablement assets.
• Design scalable deployment blueprints with global system integrators and strategic delivery partners.
• Guide customer developers on Auth0 Actions, SDK implementations, and full-stack application patterns using Node, TypeScript, React, and mobile technologies.
• Connect enterprise customer feedback with Auth0 Product Management to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Create code samples, documentation, and enablement materials while managing high-priority escalations and multiple technical engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a go-to-market organization, delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
• Expert knowledge of Auth0, CIAM patterns, high-volume user management, and custom Auth0 Actions.
• Experience working with global system integrators on large-scale identity or cloud transformation programs.
• Full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, and modern mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, identity federation, access control, and identity threat defense.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
