What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer, supplier, technology, marketing, partnership, NDA, data processing, and standard commercial agreements.
• Identify legal and commercial risks, propose practical solutions, and escalate complex, non-standard, or high-risk matters.
• Provide commercially focused legal support to Sales, Commercial, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Support compliance activities, including risk assessments, due diligence, training, audits, investigations, policies, registers, and action tracking.
• Maintain privacy records and support data protection impact assessments, data subject requests, incidents, and related processes.
• Improve contract lifecycle management, templates, playbooks, legal processes, records, renewals, approvals, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a senior paralegal or equivalent role supporting commercial legal matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, supplier, and other commercial agreements.
• Experience working in-house or in a fast-paced commercial legal or contracts environment.
• Experience supporting compliance and data protection activities.
• Ability to identify and explain legal and commercial risks, work independently on routine matters, and escalate appropriately.
• Strong drafting, communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Law degree, CILEx qualification, paralegal qualification, or equivalent legal training.
• Experience in the B2B services or technology sector.
