German Speaking Controlling Operations GBU Senior Financial Analyst (Finance)

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–14,592,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide controlling support to local business units across sales, industrial costing, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly closings, scorecards, variance commentary, and financial analyses.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, budget owners, and business leaders to track spending, projects, headcount, and forecast assumptions.
• Oversee project opening and closing, capitalization, standard costing, POV analyses, and manufacturing performance monitoring.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Challenge legacy processes and drive more efficient ways of working and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of diversified financial controlling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and data downloads.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• Fluent German at B2/C1 level.
