Principal Engineer, Analog Design (Team Lead)

Location: Singapore; onsite presence required 5 days a week

What you will do

• Own multi-generation architecture strategy and chip- and block-level specifications for PMUs, clocking, data converters, and other analog subsystems.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a team of analog design engineers.
• Set design standards and methodologies for circuit architecture, verification, layout supervision, and reuse.
• Make final decisions on high-risk circuit architecture and verification trade-offs, while directly designing or supervising critical transistor-level analog blocks.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate analog/digital interface specifications and verification strategy.
• Own analog testing and validation from prototype bring-up through high-volume production, and represent analog engineering in roadmap, customer, and executive discussions.

Requirements

• Proven technical leadership in analog IC design and organization-wide technical decision-making.
• Experience with analog subsystems including power management units, clocking, and data converters.
• Ability to define specifications, architecture, verification strategy, and design methodology across multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience leading and developing analog design engineers, including hiring, career development, and performance management.
• Ability to supervise transistor-level design, layout, prototype bring-up, validation, and production readiness.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore five days per week.
