Salesforce Technical Lead (Salesforce Financial Cloud): Leading complex Salesforce projects and senior development teams with an accent on Apex, Visualforce, LWC, integrations, and financial services architecture. Focus on designing Member 360° integrations, delivering adviser-led financial planning capabilities, resolving production issues, and controlling technical risk and debt.

What you will do
- Lead execution of a complex Salesforce technical project and oversee lead and senior developers.
- Coordinate coding activities, structure technical work, and establish technical direction for the team.
- Design, develop, test, and integrate complex tactical and strategic solutions across multiple technologies.
- Build integrations supporting a Member 360° view and adviser-led financial planning with external vendors such as MoneyGuide.
- Lead prototypes, technical evaluations, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Investigate production and system issues, optimize performance, and manage technical debt and compliance risks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with strong technical depth in the financial domain.
- Leadership of at least 3–5 mid-to-large-sized custom implementation projects.
- Enterprise Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, REST APIs, and Bulk APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CDP, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Expert knowledge of IT architecture principles, SDLC, and application architecture.
- Strong communication skills for refining requirements with business stakeholders and collaborating with architects.
