What you will do
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data streams, identity resolution processes, unified customer profiles, and customer data assets.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, SAP, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and third-party applications.
- Build audience segmentation, calculated insights, data transformations, and activation workflows for marketing, sales, and customer experience use cases.
- Implement data quality, data governance, consent management, and customer data management processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions with architects, business analysts, product teams, CRM specialists, and data engineers.
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across Data Cloud environments and integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, also known as Data 360 or CDP.
- Experience with data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with external systems using APIs, ETL/ELT processes, cloud integration services, and data engineering practices.
- Knowledge of customer data management, data modeling, customer identity, consent management, data governance, and data quality.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, SQL, and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Ability to work in Agile delivery teams with technical and business stakeholders.
