Site Reliability Engineer (Azure SaaS)

Location: Singapore; regular work at client sites

What you will do

• Own releases, monitoring design and implementation, and operational architecture for an Azure-hosted SaaS platform.
• Maintain platform availability, performance, security, and end-user experience.
• Design, implement, and operate a next-generation CI/CD pipeline.
• Partner with development, QA, business, and client technology teams through the Agile Release Train.
• Work directly with clients to deliver and maintain the platform at client sites.

Requirements

• Singapore national required due to security clearance requirements.
• Degree in IT or a related field from a recognized institution, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise with relational databases, preferably SQL.
• Experience with Windows and Linux shell scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
