What you will do

• Manage a team responsible for package software application development.
• Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Oversee quality control and adherence to coding standards.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments and identify and address project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role involving software engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Experience leading software development projects and technical knowledge of package applications.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications or advanced training, such as PMP, CTO, or MBA.
