TL;DR
Senior Solution Architect / Senior Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central): Designing and advising on end-to-end Business Central, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions for enterprise customers in China, with an accent on China-specific localisation, statutory requirements, integrations, and presales. Focus on leading discovery workshops, translating business requirements into scalable architectures, demonstrating solutions in Mandarin and English, and coordinating customer, partner, sales, and delivery stakeholders across China and APAC.
Location: China; on-site, with travel across Greater China and APAC as required

What you will do
- Lead discovery workshops, business process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for customers in China.
- Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and related Microsoft or partner technologies.
- Assess China-specific statutory, tax, invoicing, banking, reporting, data, privacy, and operational requirements.
- Prepare architecture documents, process flows, proposals, scopes, assumptions, implementation approaches, estimates, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept sessions in Mandarin and English.
- Advise sales, consulting, technical, and delivery teams on integrations, APIs, extensions, automation, data migration, reporting, and solution assurance.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience, including substantial customer-facing ERP consulting or presales experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across solution design, implementation, or presales.
- Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Operations business processes.
- Experience with discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, business presentations, integrations, APIs, extensions, automation, data migration, reporting, proposals, RFPs, and estimation.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required for workshops, demonstrations, and business discussions.
- On-site work in China and travel across China and APAC are required as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, semantic reporting solutions, Jet Reports, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure integration services.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Engagement.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, or other China-relevant sectors.
- Experience with multi-country ERP rollouts, regional or global template teams, and Simplified Chinese enablement or documentation.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related Microsoft certifications.
