TL;DR
SAP Public Cloud Consultant (SAP GROW/SAP S/4HANA): Supporting end-to-end SAP Public Cloud implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities across functional areas including SD, MM, FI, Treasury, SCM, WMS, and Security with an accent on clean-core principles, cross-module processes, and international delivery. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable solutions, coordinating integrations, leading fit-to-standard workshops, and resolving complex implementation challenges with stakeholders in China and international project teams.

What you will do
- Support SAP Public Cloud (SAP GROW) implementation and configuration across relevant functional areas.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable end-to-end SAP business processes.
- Lead or contribute to fit-to-standard and fit-to-gap workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live support.
- Coordinate integrations and processes across SAP modules and external systems, including data migration activities.
- Prepare functional, process, and training documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP consultants to resolve issues and deliver project workstreams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with significant senior-level expertise.
- Proven SAP Public Cloud / SAP GROW implementation experience and relevant certifications.
- Strong expertise in at least one area: SAP SD/OTC, SAP MM/PTP, SAP FI with Treasury, SAP SCM/Production, or SAP Security.
- Understanding of cross-module integration, end-to-end business processes, clean-core principles, and SAP Public Cloud methodology.
- Experience with international SAP implementation projects and SAP-to-external-system integrations; WMS integration experience is relevant.
- Fluent English is mandatory, and the role requires collaboration with teams and stakeholders based in China and international project locations.
Nice to have
- Multiple SAP Public Cloud certifications or previous end-to-end SAP GROW implementations.
- Experience with China or APAC-based SAP projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, or other SAP integration technologies.
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Cash Management, SCM, production planning, manufacturing, WMS, or SAP Security authorization.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or working as a solution lead.
