General Manager, Fabrics Operations China (Industrial Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the Tianjin fabrics manufacturing operation and deliver safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes, equipment utilization, workforce efficiency, and operational performance.
• Manage the site budget covering labor, materials, inventory, and maintenance while improving cost competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop managers and employees and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, capability development, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with global and regional leadership, product management, sales, R&D, quality, HSE, suppliers, universities, authorities, and employee representatives.
• Serve as Site Manager and represent the Tianjin facility with local authorities and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing and industrial operations with accountability for production, people, safety, quality, and financial results.
• Strong background in industrial manufacturing, including technically complex and customized operations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and improving productivity, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management, negotiation, employee relations, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and labor-related practices.
• Professional proficiency in English
