On-Site SEO Specialist

Location: Hybrid office-based work with up to two remote days per week; the WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €2,700–€4,150 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Drive organic growth through on-site SEO for localized markets.
• Identify SEO opportunities through competitor analysis, search trends, and keyword research.
• Improve existing content using data-driven and user-first methods.
• Coordinate content production with writers, localization managers, and WordPress designers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
• Experiment with AI Search optimization, automation, and global SEO trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving organic growth through SEO strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Ability to evaluate and improve content for readability and search performance.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience tracking AI Search developments and testing practical applications.
• Familiarity with international SEO and multilingual websites, plus clear communication and collaboration skills.
