Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore; supporting customers across the ASEAN region.

What you will do

• Own the technical and strategic success of assigned enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes across the platform, integrations ecosystem, and services portfolio.
• Monitor platform adoption, usage patterns, integration health, account risks, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct executive and technical business reviews, presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for SOC, CTI, engineering, GRC, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and related security teams.
• Lead advisory engagements covering emerging threats, collection priorities, intelligence workflows, configuration, tuning, and customer tradecraft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or customer-facing experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or cyber advisory roles.
• Experience in one or more areas including intelligence, security operations, vulnerability management, GRC, threat hunting, or incident response.
• Strong understanding of intelligence principles, frameworks, tradecraft, operationalization, and the broader threat landscape.
• Technical fluency with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, SIEM, TIP, SOAR, SaaS architectures, and data-driven security operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer account management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, intelligence studies, or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, or GCIH are relevant.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in an Asian language, such as Mandarin.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, the Diamond Model, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
