What you will do

Analyze, debug, and resolve issues across codebases using Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
Implement features and enhancements for code-generation workflows.
Refactor and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and review coding tasks used to evaluate AI-generated code.
Provide feedback and annotations to support model training and evaluation.
Collaborate with technical contributors and stakeholders, and document technical decisions and best practices.

Requirements

Strong expertise in competitive programming, algorithms, and data structures.
Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
Experience with debugging, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.
Experience contributing to open-source or collaborative software projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and code-validation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
