Promotions and Web QA Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work with three days per week in the office after the third month

What you will do

• Validate front-end promotions and confirm that customer-facing content matches the requested implementation.
• Test promotion pages, links, buttons and CTAs, redirects, content, layouts, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and clearly report failures and defects.
• Support end-to-end quality validation and guide new licensees through UAT sessions.
• Improve front-end QA processes and coordinate testing with Portal Operations, Technical Delivery, and other stakeholders.
• Learn the backend systems used to build promotions and pages and communicate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing or validating customer-facing digital products in QA, UAT, or an operational quality-control role.
• Good understanding of manual functional and exploratory testing, including designing checks, reproducing issues, and reporting defects.
• Knowledge or experience in web and mobile testing.
• Experience with JIRA and/or Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity about underlying systems, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of iGaming bonus and promotional mechanics.
• Experience with TestRail or a similar test management tool.
• Comfort using browser DevTools.
