QA Specialist (German)

What you will do

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Assess testability, define acceptance criteria, and support quality assurance strategies.
• Design, execute, and document manual software tests.
• Support test automation by developing and executing automated test scenarios.
• Analyze, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Report test results and release readiness while collaborating with customers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance and testing, including manual testing, test automation, or both.
• Good understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic project environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent German, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Good English is required for collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Accessibility testing experience or knowledge.
• Experience with AI testing tools and CI/CD environments.
• Agile experience with Scrum or Kanban, plus API, integration, or end-to-end testing knowledge.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certification and international client project experience.
