QA / Test Coordinator with Italian (Salesforce)

Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, or the European Union region; a valid EU work permit is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate QA activities for a large Salesforce delivery project across internal delivery teams, QA teams, customers, and external testing providers.
• Plan and manage QA gate evidence for formal quality reviews, customer acceptance, release readiness, and invoicing milestones.
• Prepare and maintain testbooks, coverage reports, execution records, static analysis results, deliverable registers, and other QA documentation.
• Coordinate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Manage defect reporting, prioritization, triage, assignment, retesting, resolution tracking, and closure in Jira or similar tools.
• Analyze quality risks and recurring issues while driving corrective actions and improvements to QA governance and testing processes.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian is required.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including coordination across complex delivery projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce testing, customer-facing QA processes, quality gates, test evidence, and audit-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar defect-management tools and static analysis tools such as SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer, or PMD.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release processes, delivery governance, stakeholder communication, and quality-risk management.
• Experience working with AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, plus EU work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC through defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development.
