Marketing Program Coordinator Intern (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Housing options may be available for interns outside the Kansas City Metro who meet the qualification criteria.

hirify.global develops healthcare technology for organizations providing mental health, addiction treatment, senior living, home health, hospice, and other essential human services.

What you will do

• Support the development and management of internal and external programs aligned with business outcomes.
• Apply best-practice methodologies in program development and management.
• Complete program tasks and deliverables and develop business processes supporting program objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reports on program performance against defined goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Be a rising junior pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with graduation expected in December 2028 or May 2029.
• Demonstrate effective communication, organization, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate with varied audiences.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Experience with program administration, development, or management.
• Experience managing financial budgets or accounting tasks.
