Tax Analyst (Graduate Opportunity)

What you will do

• Process, scan, record, distribute, and file high volumes of tax documentation.
• Process information and documentation to support withholding tax benefits for global clients.
• Prepare and file withholding tax reclaims.
• Respond to client and internal queries, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Monitor service-level agreements and support the team in meeting client expectations.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate-level opportunity requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical competence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good core IT skills, including Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must already have the right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
