Binance is hiring for backend infrastructure supporting trading systems.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement infrastructure for large-scale trading systems.
  • Build, upgrade, and refactor core backend and infrastructure components.
  • Tune system performance and troubleshoot online incidents.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices.
  • Guide junior engineers and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
  • Proficiency in distributed system design and familiarity with messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
  • Ability to handle stress, learn quickly, and communicate effectively across teams.
