Android Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Design and implement user-facing features for Android applications.
• Build stable, efficient, and high-performance code with a strong focus on user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs and real-time, low-latency data sources.
• Write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, fix critical bugs, and improve reliability.
• Optimize memory, layout, battery, rendering, networking, and cold-start performance.
• Support modularization, large-scale refactoring, code reviews, and long-term architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and Android fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of Android system architecture, lifecycle, and UI rendering.
• Experience with Jetpack components, including ViewModel and Room.
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, MVVM or MVI, and modular application architecture.
• Experience with performance optimization, issue diagnosis, debugging, and profiling tools such as Profiler, Systrace, Perfetto, and LeakCanary.
