Content Manager (Social Media)

Location: Full-time onsite role at the Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do

• Own KICK's content strategy, output metrics, tone of voice, and brand reputation across global social channels.
• Manage and develop five Content Coordinators supporting English, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish markets.
• Ideate, storyboard, and produce Hero, Hub, and Help content for campaigns, launches, trends, and audience questions.
• Partner with Design, Product, Partnerships, major networks, and broader marketing teams on localized content and events.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, cover online and offline events, and meet service-level agreements.
• Produce team and business reporting to improve content performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite, including editing, effects, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations, and resolve challenges.
• Experience as a viewer or creator of streams.
• Understanding of the creative and analytical demands of social media algorithms.
• Ability to work full-time from the Melbourne office.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of Figma or adjacent software.
• Experience in a fast-moving technology company.
• Understanding of localization nuances.
• Ability to travel outside Australia.
