What you will do

• Publish, curate and optimise hirify.global News content across social media platforms for audiences in Asia, Oceania and the UK.
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in daily news meetings to advise on content performance and strategic alignment.
• Monitor emerging trends and support major news events and digital campaigns.
• Develop audience growth and engagement strategies across digital and social platforms.
• Use real-time analytics to provide insights and translate data into editorial action.

Requirements

• Experience delivering and optimising news content across a wide range of social media platforms using industry-standard tools.
• Proven experience implementing successful audience growth strategies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools including Piano, Chartbeat, NewsWhip, Google Trends and Semrush.
• Experience working in digital newsrooms and understanding editorial workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, strong editorial judgment and an audience-first mindset.
• Right to work in Australia is required.
