Vice President Global Medical Affairs, Solid Tumors

Location: Office-based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States; 25% domestic and international travel required.

Annual base pay: $218,000–$401,350. The position is also eligible for performance bonus and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do

• Lead the global medical affairs strategy and delivery for the solid tumor oncology portfolio.
• Develop worldwide medical adoption, evidence generation, scientific communication, lifecycle management, and launch strategies.
• Guide clinical development programs and integrate medical affairs perspectives with global R&D and regional medical affairs teams.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing global medical affairs organization through growth and change.
• Partner with R&D, business development, medical societies, patient organizations, KOLs, and other external stakeholders.
• Advance digital transformation, compliance, external scientific reputation, and portfolio development across GU, lung, and GI malignancies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MD.
• At least 15 years of Medical Affairs and/or R&D experience, including strong global experience with large-scale brands.
• Required experience in solid tumor oncology and in leading global medical affairs teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams at scale across a matrix organization.
• Experience with KOL and external stakeholder engagement, new product launches, launch excellence, and global strategic planning.
• Ability to communicate as a medical spokesperson for senior audiences and media, with ethical and compliant leadership.
