Senior Medical Director (Hematology)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid role requiring residence within commuting distance and on-site work an average of 2.5 days per week.

Annual base salary: $274,500–$457,500, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Serve as Clinical Development Lead on study subteams, including teams supporting Marketing Authorization Applications.
• Conduct medical monitoring, including eligibility assessments, clinical data reviews, and safety monitoring.
• Lead investigator interactions and act as the point of contact for clinical issues between study teams and investigators.
• Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents with Clinical Scientists and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Global Development Teams to refine development strategies and interpret clinical data.
• Represent hirify.global in external engagements, support regulatory interactions, and communicate clinical insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Medical degree and 5+ years of clinical or industry experience.
• Clinical experience in hematology or oncology within academia or industry.
• Late-stage clinical development experience and leadership across multiple study teams.
• Strong communication, strategic, and analytical skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts.
• Board certification or eligibility in hematology/oncology is preferred.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

• Leadership or management experience.
• Experience across multiple clinical development phases and oncology drug classes.
• Late clinical development experience in hematology.
