Financial Services Industry Executive - Consumer Lending & Card (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States, with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events; Chicago, Illinois is listed as the role location. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $92,250–$153,750 annually, plus commission targets generally equal to 20%–50% of base salary.

What you will do

• Drive growth across the Consumer Lending and Card businesses by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build executive-level client relationships and expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
• Gather market and customer insights to support product innovation and customer-focused growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial services sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue and quota goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Card markets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and new business development skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, close strategic deals, and willingness to travel.
• United States work authorization is required; employer immigration sponsorship is not available.
