What you will do

• Define and oversee hirify.global MDM solution designs and architectures for customer implementations.
• Design agentic workflows with hirify.global’s Agent Flow platform, integrating core systems and event sources.
• Lead and guide customer and partner technical teams while supporting multiple projects with onshore and offshore members.
• Ensure the quality, efficiency, accuracy, and alignment of Professional Services implementations with hirify.global standards.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Development Operations, and Customer Success.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, tools, templates, guidelines, playbooks, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of technology implementation and progressive delivery experience in a technology or Professional Services organization.
• Deep knowledge of technology, architectural design, integration patterns, and MDM principles.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience with MDM platforms and completion of at least 2 MDM implementations.
• Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM- or agentic systems, including prompting, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud delivery, CRM, ERP, accounting, and provisioning systems, plus experience with object-oriented technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field is required.

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Salesforce or Veeva CRM systems.
• Business process, governance, and industry or domain experience.
• Java, Scrum/Agile, or cloud provider certifications.
