Manufacturing Supervisor

Salary: $80,200–$112,400 per year

What you will do

• Direct department activities and track indicators to meet production objectives.
• Coordinate communication and product flow across upstream and downstream departments.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, coach employees, and conduct performance reviews.
• Assess training needs, oversee employee development, and support staffing and capital planning.
• Create and maintain work instructions and reports while promoting safety initiatives.
• Apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work, and remove obstacles.
• Strong professional communication, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and department business systems such as Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, and SQS.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.

Nice to have

• College degree such as a BS or BA.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and department business systems.
