Future Talent - Process Engineer

Location: Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. The role requires travel for up to 50% of the time. hirify.global does not sponsor work visas or relocation.

What you will do

• Support projects from conceptual development and sales through implementation and the start of commercial operation.
• Adapt technical work to the requirements of each project in a multi-project environment.
• Take responsibility for technical solutions and project quality.
• Align technical solutions with project management and customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers and international colleagues across the organization.
• Develop and apply process engineering knowledge in local and international environments.

Requirements

• Recent graduate, or graduating between December 2024 and December 2026, with a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical, or Food Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, communication, problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and interest in continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico and travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD knowledge.
