Accounts Receivable Associate

What you will do

• Contact customers weekly regarding invoices in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor invoice payments, maintain detailed account notes, and summarize collection activity for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
• Identify problem accounts and disputed invoices, resolving queries through email and telephone communication.
• Process customer credits and refunds on a weekly basis.
• Build relationships with customers, district operations, and internal staff to resolve invoice issues.
• Research information and support process improvements and Accounting Department projects.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• 10-key skills by touch.
