What you will do

  • Own end-to-end Paid Search execution for B2B acquisition and lead-generation goals.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage campaign performance against lead-generation, efficiency, and return KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvements through testing, automation, and data analysis.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, U.S.-based stakeholders, Google, and Microsoft.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focused on Paid Search.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads campaigns.
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Clear communication of insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with attribution and tracking.
  • Experience in marketplace or high-growth environments.
